Real Madrid vs Espanyol



Jose Mourinho has taken 19 men with him to Barcelona, including Hamit Altintop, who could play his first La Liga match after making his UCL debut with the Whites in the final minutes of the clash with Ajax. Karim Benzema and Ricardo Carvalho will miss the match due to injuries. Youth teamers Joselu and Pacheco made the manager's cut.

With seven goals in the league and one in the UCL, Cristiano Ronaldo is the team's strongest asset in attack. The Portuguese striker scores goals and also helps the team with assists and his overall drive. Kaka is also a key figure of late. The Brazilian was a starter in the previous two games and proved to be in excellent form. He has scored two goals, served two assists and provoked one penalty so far this season.

Espanyol lost away from home against Levante last week and are currently tenth on the league table with six points. They've won two of their first five games in the championhsip against Getafe and Athletic Bilbao.

Match is at 10:00pm Spanish time.
