Paris Saint-Germain offers a lump-sum payment of €25 million for Kaká

The offer that Paris Saint-Germain is going to make to sign Kaká is €25 million in a one-off payment. Cash on the table. A strategy that may well prove vital to Real Madrid agreeing to the transfer of the Brazilian player. This sum, not in instalments, is considered a good bit of business.
Inside the Whites headquarters, the Kaká case is now evaluated in economic terms only, with satisfaction that what seemed at the time to be an expensive signing is now going to bring some form of return. This is not to be sneezed at either, since the footballer in question has now turned 30.
When Kaká was signed, Florentino Pérez agreed a price with AC Milan of €64 million, a figure which, at the time, and compared with the 96 million paid to Manchester United for Cristiano Ronaldo, seemed a good one. But Kaká has not hit the same heights as the Portuguese player.
The 25 million fee that PSG is prepared to pay is a fair market price, and the numbers work out for the Real Madrid management. Kaká, who signed for six years, has cost 31.5 million in each of the three seasons he has been at Real Madrid. He is half way through his contract, and the proportion for each of the remaining years comes to 10.5 million for each one.

"I don't want to Leave Real Madrid" Kaka

Kaka had an interview with a brazilian journalist Luciano Hulk couple days ago in his home, in Madrid. Kaka announced that he will continue with Real Madrid next season.
EE follows the backstage of the meeting of Kaka and Luciano Huck
For GLOBOESPORTE.COM Rio de Janeiro
For the Brazilian midfielder Kaka, the week brought strong emotions. There are three seasons at Real Madrid, the player celebrated for the first time the Spanish League title, in advance. In the same week, midfielder missed a penalty in the match that ended up disqualifying the team  for the final Champions. The host Luciano Huck went to Kaka’s home for a chat about the busy week in world football. The meeting is only part of a story that will air next week, under ‘Screen’, the Cauldron of Huck.
He believes to have been part of the team was important for his career. The player has a contract for three more years with the Spanish club and says he intends to continue. The goal now is to hold his own in Real Madrid and stand out to return to the Brazilian national team.
Luciano Huck: You are and always has been the protagonist. How did you feel when you watched Real Madrid winning from the bench?
Kaka: It’s a new feeling. I’m happy. It was another achievement for my career. It was nice despite not being the protagonist of the conquest. But it is different from what I was used. This gives me more motivation to go back to being the protagonist. Of course football is a team sport and all that you earn will depend greatly on the group. But having a big weight on an achievement is a goal I have.
Not playing the Champions League with Real Madrid and lost a penalty was very painful?
-Yes I suffered too much. I have some negative points also marked my career. When I lost the Champions League in 2005 with Milan, the elimination in 2006 and 2010 World Cups and now the elimination in the semifinals of the Champions League with Real Madrid, because it is a brand that I will carry for life.
How Mourinho is the coach with you?
He is a guy who has helped me and given me opportunities. I do not want to leave Real Madrid.
Mourinho stays at Real Madrid?
- He continues. He said it after the elimination in the SFs.
And you never talked to him objectively about his future at Real Madrid?
-No. We never talked about it, because the league is not over yet. We have two more games. I have another three-year contract and I’ll keep doing my part.
What about 2014? What can you say about the Brazilian NT? You have a good relationship with Mano?
- I’ve talked to Mano a few times. When he became coach, he came here and met with me and Marcelo. After we talked twice by phone. I’ve talked to him about my desire to return to selection. But I believe that my back really depends on my income at the club. I think when the player goes into the selection is quite the reward of what he is doing at the club. Gradually I will conquer my place at the club, things will happen and I’ll return to the squad.
